My first meal at Tsukiji Market once I labored for a Japanese seafood firm was at Toto Grill @totogurill. The busy store was stuffed with fishmongers. It’s very quiet now that the wholesale market has moved to Toyosu. A neighborhood spot for breakfast away from the chaotic crowds of Tsukiji.
