Tofu Steak with Garlic Soy Bell Peppers (Vegan)

This tofu steak is pan-fried to perfection with garlic soy seasoned bell peppers on the facet. It’s a fast and straightforward, gentle but satisfying dish that goes properly with rice, noodles or perhaps a mattress of blended leaves.

Crispy on the surface, smooth and fluffy on the within… That’s what I really like about this tofu steak.

It’s versatile relating to seasoning, so I wish to fancy issues up with the facet veggies, herbs and the sauce.

On this recipe, the bell peppers are seasoned properly so it goes properly with tofu which has a light, delicate taste by itself.
