Seaweed Rice Paper Crackers topped with Tofu & Veggies


These seaweed rice paper crackers are as FUN to make as they’re scrumptious to eat! They’re crunchy, gentle, and fluffy, topped with smoked tofu, colourful greens, chili sauce, and my do-it-yourself silken tofu mayo.

INGREDIENTS:

2 nori sheet

2 rice paper

6 oz smoked tofu

1 small cucumber

1 avocado

TO MAKE:

– Shortly run a chunk of rice paper underneath working water, or dip in a bowl of water, shake off extra liquid;
