This stunning vegan salad has an exquisite mixture of textures and flavors. There’s an ideal crunchiness from the shaved fennel, sweetness from the Asian pear slices, and the refined peppery taste from the child arugula. 

On high of them, there’s crushed pistachio that provides depth to the flavour and fruity pomegranates that pop within the mouth.

It’s such an excellent present stopper that I really like serving this at any form of gathering. It’s fancy, distinctive, goes nicely with any dish, and really simple to place collectively!
