Simmered Japanese Candy Potato (Satsumaimo) and Apple with lemon juice
- 1 Japanese Candy Potato
- 1 apple
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup water

Minimize the candy potato into 1″ thick rounds. Soak in water for five minutes.

Minimize the apple vertically into quarters and lower away seeds and core. Minimize into smaller items.
