Of all of the sweets in Japan my absolute favourite is the Imakawa-Yaki. Its like an extremely fluffy pancake/donut sandwich crammed with azuki crimson bean paste. 160 yen right here! Had to purchase!

Its simply sooo fluffy and chewy… would go nice with a cup of English tea.
Taste of the azuki is delicate and overwhelming. Yum! However what bought hooked me on such a pancake was my discovery again in 2010 at Azabu Juban.Tsukishima-Ya 今川焼 月島家
Its feeling alot like Christmas in Japan! Japan goes instantly from Halloween to Christmas in November… no Thanksgiving turkey right here buddy.
